Job summary

Spencer Rigby, in partnership with a high growth spine/ biologics manufacturer, is rebuilding its US commercial organization under new leadership. We seek a high-energy Regional Sales Manager to lead the Southeast region (Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi) and build the distributor network with full autonomy.

This role expands from spine into trauma, foot & ankle, biologics, CMF and deformity, offering unlimited growth potential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in spine hardware, trauma, foot & ankle, CMF, biologics, or deformity.
• Direct, hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding, motivating, and exiting 1099 distributors or agencies.
• A true builder who has personally opened and grown business, not just inherited it, and has the numbers to prove it.

Responsibilities

• Own the untapped Southeast region (Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi) and build the distributor network with full autonomy.
• Walk into rooms and win over surgeons and distributors alike.
• Shape how the region is run to scale growth across indications beyond spine.

We're looking for a high energy Regional Sales Manager with the gravitas to walk into a room and win over surgeons and distributors alike. Someone ready to take ownership of an untapped, Southeast (Alabama, Tennessee + Mississippi) region and build the distributor network with full autonomy to shape how the region is run.

This is about turning a product which has historically been spine focused only into something that's a foothold across trauma, foot & ankle, biologics, CMF and deformity. You've got no ceiling when it comes to growth or where you could take this product!
