Job summary

Wilsonart in the United States is seeking a regional Wetwall sales leader to drive revenue growth across assigned regions. You will engage with independent distributors, company-owned sales teams, national accounts, reps, builders, dealers, distributors, and the architecture & design community to position Wetwall as a preferred alternative to tile and other panel systems for wet areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; additional years of experience may substitute for education up to four years.
• 5+ years sales or product experience with building materials, wall panels, surfacing or bath systems.
• 3+ years in sales leadership or team management.
• Five years of field selling/specification experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Own and deliver regional sales targets for Wetwall.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Identify new market opportunities and accelerate category adoption.
• Coach, mentor, and lead territory sales reps and specification reps.
• Grow relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors/installers, and distribution partners.
• Drive specification with architects and designers.
• Align with marketing on campaigns and product launches.
