Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a regional sales representative to lead Quartz growth by engaging with independent distributors and company-owned teams. You will drive OEM relationships and expand Wilsonart Quartz visibility across North America.

You will manage sales strategies, train teams, and collaborate with leadership to promote market expansion while ensuring product availability and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of field selling or specification experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Wilsonart Quartz to grow market share in North America.
• Manage independent distribution sales teams and train them to promote Wilsonart Quartz.
• Develop OEM partnerships and engage with major fabrication partners.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Design, and Marketing to strengthen Wilsonart’s market position.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, and outcomes.
