Job summary

ExperiGreen, a Turf Masters Brands company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the West Region based in Chicago, IL. The role leads branch sales teams, guides Outside Sales Consultants and Branch Managers, and ensures regional budgets and metrics are met. Candidates should reside in Chicago, St. Louis, MO or Indianapolis, IN markets.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, performance analysis, reporting, and collaboration with marketing to drive growth while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large sales team at multiple locations.
• Knowledge of agronomy, horticulture and landscaping.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in recruiting to meet branch sales staffing needs.
• Provide training, coaching and motivation to Outside Sales Consultants and Branch Managers.
• Identify under-performing Outside Sales Consultants and work directly with them to identify reasons for underperformance.
• Identify and address issues leading to branches missing any budgeted numbers.
• Identify new sale cancels and address as needed.
• Work with the Branch Managers to increase sales and performance using the check-in process.
• Provide continued coaching through ride-alongs with Outside Sales Consultants.
• Assist Outside Sales Consultants with networking opportunities and Social Media efforts.
• Identify needs, opportunities and ideas for sales and marketing and report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Provide weekly reports and participate in budgeting.
