Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• 7–10 years of progressive sales experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or retail.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and manage distributor/broker relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans aligned with growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across strategic accounts, distributors, and foodservice operators.
• Define regional sales goals, pricing strategies, and customer development plans to drive margin and leadership.
• Lead trade spend and promotional planning for assigned customers with ROI focus.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into actionable regional strategies and activation.
