Connectly Recruiting seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast to drive revenue growth and market share for a valve manufacturer serving municipal water and wastewater. You will lead a network of manufacturer’s reps and collaborate with engineers, municipalities, and internal teams to win specifications.

You will own regional strategy, forecasts, and training, travel about 50% of the time, and work remotely within the Western US.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales or technical sales experience in municipal water/wastewater industries; valve/process equipment experience preferred.
• Proven experience working with/manage manufacturer’s representative firms.
• Strong understanding of municipal project lifecycle, including specs, bidding, procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the regional sales strategy to meet revenue, market share, and margin targets.
• Lead and develop a network of representative firms; set expectations and provide training.
• Influence specifications by calling on engineers, municipalities, and utilities.
• Lead product presentations, lunches, and training sessions for engineers, reps, and end users.
• Coordinate front-line application engineering with internal resources.
