Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads regional sales team to meet revenue, market share and growth targets.
• Develops regional business plans and monitors performance metrics.
• Fosters cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Clinical and Reimbursement teams.
• Maintains distributor partnerships and executes regional initiatives.
• Forecasts opportunities and manages territory resources with CRM tools.
• Travels 50%–75% to meet customers and support field operations.
