Ameriflex is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across a designated territory, focusing on FSA, HSA, HRA, ICHRA, COBRA and related compliance solutions. You will build broker partnerships, develop strategic territory plans, deliver compelling presentations, and expand the client base through seminars and targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in employee benefits, insurance, payroll or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing a sales territory and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with annual sales targets and activity goals.
• Deliver presentations to employee benefits brokers and prospective clients to meet needs.
• Plan and conduct client seminars, online and in-person meetings to expand the customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with brokers and prospective clients.
• Monitor and report sales performance to meet revenue goals; participate in weekly sales meetings.
