Job summary

AE Perkins LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue for FSA, HSA, HRA, ICHRA and related solutions. You will develop strategic territory plans, present to brokers and clients, and expand the customer base while managing key relationships and meeting annual revenue targets.

The role requires a proactive seller with strong communication, planning, and CRM proficiency, capable of travel up to 50%. Location is flexible within Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with annual sales targets.
• Deliver customized presentations to brokers and prospective clients.
• Plan and conduct client seminars and meetings to expand the customer base.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities with brokers and clients.
• Monitor and report sales performance to meet revenue goals.
• Manage relationships with employee benefits brokers and clients.
