Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate regional sales activities to achieve performance and revenue targets.
• Provide full people management for assigned teams, including defining roles and responsibilities and workforce planning.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance and development.
• Contribute to employee compensation decisions and changes as needed.
• Lead and develop team capabilities to ensure long-term regional success.
• Apply broad business knowledge to address issues with impact beyond the region.
