Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, team management, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement sales strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate regional sales activities to achieve performance and revenue targets.
• Provide full people management for assigned teams, including: defining roles and responsibilities, workforce planning and departmental operations, coaching and counseling employees on performance, contributing to compensation decisions and changes, and leading team capability development.
