Job summary

Paragon Furniture is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales efforts across our assigned region, building relationships with school districts, architects and designers, dealers, and other influencers.

You will drive specifications, develop the sales pipeline, and manage opportunities from initial contact through quoting, conversion, and order, working with the home office to remove roadblocks and accelerate growth in the Arlington area.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel as required.
• Must work on-site at Arlington, TX headquarters.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead field sales to grow demand and revenue in the assigned region.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline from opportunity to order.
