Job summary

Club Car seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth with dealers across the South Carolina and East Georgia markets. You will develop strategic business plans, promote Club Car products, and lead channel partner sales while expanding market share and margins.

Key responsibilities include training dealers, representing Club Car at trade shows, and closely coordinating with partners to enhance customer satisfaction. Travel will be extensive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years channel management or direct sales experience in golf markets and/or consumer/commercial products.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (no major violations in past 3 years).
• Strong written and verbal communication; CRM experience.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to grow Club Car's market share, revenue, and margins in consumer and commercial markets.
• Collaborate with Club Car dealers and channel partners to promote and sell products.
• Train and develop sales personnel at channel partners for long-term growth.
• Represent Club Car at trade shows and with end users; conduct outside sales calls.
• Monitor competitive trends and report progress to management; manage dealer performance.
• Travel 50-75%.
