Job summary

Millwood, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Houston area. This remote travel role requires living within 100 miles of Houston, TX, and offers a competitive base salary plus sales commissions paid monthly.

You will report to the Director of Sales and build strong relationships with distributors and national accounts, driving sales growth and profitability for Millwood’s unit load products across the territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual with Spanish a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve annual sales and profitability plans.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate new leads and opportunities via cold calling, email, and in-person visits.
• Negotiate pricing with new and existing accounts.
• Maintain and expand revenue with existing accounts.
• Document activity in Salesforce or CRM.
• Represent Millwood at industry trade shows and events.
