Regional Sales Manager – Processing & Packaging Equipment Texas & New Mexico is a growth role for an established international manufacturer. The Richmond Group USA has been retained to identify candidates who can grow the territory through consultative selling and strong relationships with manufacturers and key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience selling processing equipment, packaging machinery, or other industrial capital equipment.
• Strong business development and prospecting skills.
• Proven ability to grow revenue in a sales territory.
• Willingness to relocate within Texas or New Mexico and travel 50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Texas & New Mexico territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and identify customer needs.
• Manage projects through the sales cycle and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Provide consultative, solution-based sales to improve productivity and profitability.
