Job summary

First Supply LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northern Region (Rhinelander, Wausau, Plover, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh and Sheboygan). The role drives revenue, builds relationships with commercial customers and directs sales plans to meet regional targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales management experience in wholesale distribution and a proven track record of achieving goals, with strong leadership, ERP proficiency and travel availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience.
• 5+ years of sales in wholesale distribution or with plumbing, HVAC, PVF, fluid handling, or waterworks.
• Located within First Supply Northern Region (Rhinelander, Wausau, Plover, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh and Sheboygan); Fox Valley preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally (50%+).
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read, speak, understand and write English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategies, programs and implementing selling activities.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet regional goals and budgeted gross profit.
• Coach and train sales staff to drive revenue.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to monitor satisfaction and resolve issues; monitor competitive position.
• Forecast sales and manage regional budgets; ensure accurate forecasting with staff.
