CSL Seqirus seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the greater area around Berlin and nearby regions, based in Munich. You will lead a regional sales team, drive growth, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, while aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant operations.
The ideal candidate has field sales leadership experience, vaccine knowledge, and fluency in German (English preferred).
Competenze
- Degree in scientific, pharmaceutical, or medical field or AMG §75 certification.
- Experience in field sales with GPs, nurses and pharmacies.
- Vaccine indication knowledge is a strong plus.
- Proven leadership experience with ability to inspire teams.
- Coaching or training certification recommended.
- Digital savviness and data-centered work style.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM systems.
- Fluent German; English preferred.

- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies based on data insights.
- Strengthen relationships with GPs, nurses and pharmacies.
- Represent CSL Seqirus at congresses, exhibitions and industry events.
- Analyze market trends and competition to drive actions.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
