Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the New York and New Jersey vaccine region. You will lead a high-performing team of Vaccine Sales Specialists, drive execution of commercial strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance vaccine adoption and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates bring a strong sales leadership track record in vaccines/pharma, excellent communication, and the ability to travel 60-70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6–8 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with sales/marketing exposure.
• Minimum 3 years of field-based people leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
• Knowledge of pharma regulations and healthcare market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead a team of ~9 Vaccine Sales Specialists in NY and NJ.
• Monitor regional performance and adjust plans to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Operations, and Medical Affairs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
