IPS Packaging & Automation is seeking a dynamic Division Sales Manager in Rialto, CA. You will build and lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives, drive packaging materials sales, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service.

The role emphasizes coaching, strategic planning, and strong customer relationships, with opportunities to influence budgets and forecasts within a competitive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, industrial, or freight industries.
• 5+ years of experience managing people and territories.
• Proven ability to drive sales, coach teams, and develop strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives to achieve peak performance and professional growth.
• Drive the growth of IPS business within the assigned market by identifying opportunities and expanding customer relationships.
• Recommend annual sales forecasts and plans, updating as needed to meet changing market conditions.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and customer presentations for key opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies, tactics, and techniques based on customer feedback and market trends.
