Job summary

Brainreader is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast United States to drive new business and revenue growth in medical imaging AI. This remote role reports to the Head of U.S. Sales and covers imaging centers, radiology groups, and healthcare systems across the Northeast.

You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, build a robust pipeline, and engage clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders. Travel ~20% to multi-location sites and events is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience in medical imaging, healthcare technology, diagnostic solutions, or medical software.
• Proven success in new business development, territory management, and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience selling to imaging centers, radiology groups, hospitals, or physician practices.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast territory (approximately 20%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify, prospect, and develop opportunities within imaging centers, radiology groups, healthcare systems, and neurology practices.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to consistently achieve established sales objectives.
• Develop relationships with radiologists, imaging directors, healthcare administrators, and executive decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue strategic enterprise and multi-location opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand Neuroreader utilization across additional locations, departments, and physicians.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Clinical, Marketing, and Technical teams to support customer evaluations, onboarding, and account growth.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, coordinating clinical resources when needed.
• Represent Brainreader at customer meetings, industry conferences, and regional events.
