Myrick Recruiting, LLC has partnered with a leading commercial contractor on a Regional Sales Manager opportunity covering the Northeast. This is a true hunter-and-farmer sales role focused on winning new regional business while growing existing customer relationships.

The Regional Sales Manager will own the territory, build revenue, expand market share, and directly impact the region's annual sales performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong prospecting and networking skills across multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Experience managing a geographically defined territory with mixed accounts.
• CRM, forecasting, and sales-budget discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through direct prospecting and relationships with operators, general contractors, engineering firms, and OEM/OEM dealers.
• Grow and expand existing regional accounts, including underpenetrated relationships.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell construction, service, and compliance-testing solutions.
• Turn recurring compliance and testing requirements into ongoing service agreements.
• Leverage existing customer relationships to open doors with similar accounts in the region.
• Build and maintain strong local channel relationships throughout the territory.
• Own the regional sales budget, forecast accurately, and maintain a disciplined CRM process.
• Partner with Branch Managers to ensure customer growth aligns with delivery and capacity.
