Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit teams in a sales setting.
• Willingness to travel 80% with overnight stays.
• Proven ability to coach and develop clinic leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales by leading clinic managers to achieve KPIs.
• Visit clinics two to three times weekly and provide feedback.
• Develop people through coaching, mentoring, and leadership planning.
• Manage hiring, scheduling, and HR matters to optimize performance.
