KB Home is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee multiple communities from dirt to close, ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will supervise 2+ direct reports and coordinate with divisions, vendors, and internal teams to meet aggressive milestones.

Responsibilities include leading performance management, schedule adherence, trade partner coordination, safety compliance, and delivering 100% complete and 100% satisfied homes while upholding KB Home’s

Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities including motivating teams, employee development, and being results oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal partners and external stakeholders.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service programs and managing field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management: recruit, coach, and evaluate construction staff; manage 2+ direct reports.
• Oversee construction cycle time and home readiness, ensure milestones and schedules meet targets.
• Drive customer service excellence: resolve issues, monitor CSI, ensure timely home closings.
• Enforce safety and quality standards on-site; coordinate with trade partners and inspectors.
• Manage external partnerships with trade partners, municipalities, and officials to keep audits and permits on track.
