Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive all aspects of the regional sales process and achieve revenue and gross profit goals.

You will mentor Account Managers, conduct monthly performance meetings, and lead pre-sales activities including call planning and preparation. You will educate teams with strategies, seminars, and regular meetings, while maintaining a strong process for coaching and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management in a collaborative setting.
• Excellent communication with employees, clients and peers.
• Ability to motivate large sales teams toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives to set and execute regional sales goals.
• Maximize revenue and forecast monthly, quarterly, yearly targets.
• Schedule and lead sales meetings and events; participate in staff reviews.
• Coach Account Managers on prospecting, marketing and presentations.
• Perform sales analysis and report on gross profit and opportunities.
• Provide updates on orders, calls, opportunities, and proposals.
• Develop plans to grow revenue long and short term; forecast data.
• Monitor commissions and ensure timely end-of-month completions.
