Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RSD) to lead field sales leaders across an assigned U.S. region, driving spend growth, market share, and customer engagement. You will partner with Service, Systems Integration, marketing, and channel leadership to optimize revenue and retention.

The role demands strategic leadership, forecasting discipline, and the ability to recruit and develop high-performing sales professionals across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large regional sales teams and developing go-to-market strategies.

• Proven track record in achieving regional growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies to promote portfolio offerings and expand wallet share.
• Manage field sales leadership and teams, guiding weekly activities and pipelines.
• Lead regular 1:1s with sales leaders and practice heads to implement strategic plans.
• Direct sales forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and business reviews.
• Set annual territory and individual targets with regional leadership alignment.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and development of the sales team to meet quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to track performance and adjust tactics.
• Coordinate with service and systems integration leadership to improve profitability.
