AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director, Sales (RSD) in the United States (NJ area) to lead field sales leadership and drive growth across an assigned region.

You will collaborate with service, systems integration, marketing, and channel teams to expand market presence, wallet share, and customer engagement. You will set regional targets, forecast performance, and recruit and develop high-impact sales leaders to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a 4-year degree or comparable industry experience is required.
• 5+ years progressive sales management experience required.
• Experience growing new customer accounts and exceeding budgeted sales targets.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills; effective stakeholder management.

• Develop go-to-market strategies to promote portfolio offerings and grow wallet share.
• Direct field sales leadership and regional teams to meet performance targets.
