AVI-SPL in North Reading, MA, seeks a Regional Director, Sales (RSD) to lead the field sales organization across a geographic region, driving growth, expanding market presence and maximizing customer engagement. The role partners with Service and Systems Integration leadership, marketing, and channel teams to shape go-to-market plans, forecast results, recruit and develop staff, and close strategic deals.

• Develop go to market strategies leveraging AVI-SPL portfolio to grow wallet share and improve regional position.
• Active management of field sales leadership and their teams' weekly activities, pipelines and customers to meet targets.
• Lead regular 1:1s with field sales leadership and practice leaders to execute strategic plans and drive alignment.
• Direct sales forecasting activities including regular commit calls and quarterly outlooks.
• Collaborate with EVP, Global Sales and SVP of region to set annual territory and individual targets with reviews.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and staffing of the regional sales team to meet quotas.
• Coordinate with Marketing to implement regional tactics and ensure effective delivery of campaigns.
• Work with sales operations to monitor attainment of regional goals and performance metrics.
• Foster an environment rewarding achievement and retention of productive staff.
• Other duties assigned as needed
