Job summary

BAILEY is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Nashville to drive regional sales targets and market share growth. You will hire, train, and motivate a 5–10 person team, manage strategic accounts, and actively engage in marketing efforts using the company CRM to guide daily activities.

Responsibilities include leading sales meetings, coaching reps, and building go-to-market plans for targeted accounts while collaborating with Sales, Ops, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience
• 2+ years of sales management experience
• 2+ years of forklift or other industrial sales experience

Responsibilities

• Manage team to exceed activity, market share, and sales targets.
• Lead strategic account planning and go-to-market efforts for key accounts.
• Recruit, hire, and develop sales personnel in the territory.
• Coach reps and conduct regular sales huddles to drive prioritization.
