Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Heavy Infrastructure Regional Sales Manager to drive sales results across a defined geographic region and assigned accounts. The role emphasizes building relationships with distributors and manufacturers’ representatives while demonstrating product usage to boost revenue growth.

The candidate will meet regional quotas, develop strategic account plans, and participate in tradeshows.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and five (5) years of relevant experience or eight (8) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree is required.
• Must be bond-able, and possess a valid driver's license at all times.
• Must have strong communications skills, verbal and written, with ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned regional sales quota including new product and promotional sales and customer additions.
• Build and sustain distributor and contractor relationships with key decision makers in the territory.
• Make end user calls to job sites and provide regular updates to management at distributors.
• Attend tradeshows to develop a strong customer base and follow up after events.
• Develop strategic account plans for distributors, outlining growth strategies.
