Qualifications

• Proven leadership and multi-unit retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
• Creating strategies for high-performing and underperforming locations.
• Managing staffing levels across locations and ensuring policy adherence.
