Job summary
OSL Retail Services is seeking Area/Territory Sales Leads for its growth phase in the New Jersey area. You will be the face of our stores, driving sales, managing time across multiple locations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
A proven sales track record and excellent customer service are essential, with evenings/weekends required and travel to store locations. We offer an uncapped commission structure potentially totaling up to $45K-$55K per year, plus benefits and travel
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
