Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, coaches, and manages all Sales Representatives for successful campaigns.
• Builds territory plans and identifies top targets/accounts and sales strategies.
• Maintains pipeline reviews and forecasts through CRM to predict customer needs.
• Travels regularly to mentor team members and engage with customers.
• Collaborates with Director, Sales to set territories, quotas and benchmarks.
• Monitors market trends and shares insights with region leadership.
