Qualifications

• Strong ability to convey ideas clearly and leadership capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of the educational market and State Adoption processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, coaches, and manages all Sales Representatives for successful campaigns to ensure goal achievement.
• Builds out and maintains territory plans, identifying top targets and sales strategies.
• Maintains CRM to track adoptions, forecast demand, and manage pipeline.
• Travels to mentor and support team members and engage with customers.
• Collaborates with Director, Sales to establish territories, quotas, and benchmarks.
• Monitors market trends and shares insights with region and leadership.
