Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager, Critical Care, to lead a high-performing Patient Monitoring Sales Specialist team and drive regional sales goals. You will hire, train, and mentor the team while aligning field performance with national objectives and ensuring Mindray’s critical care solutions reach key hospital accounts.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Service, Clinical, and Finance to shape strategy, pricing, and execution, and lead seasonal plans,

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of successful medical device sales experience.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring sales professionals preferred.
• Solid understanding of sales operations, financial principles, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Patient Monitoring Sales Specialists to exceed targets.
• Conduct field rides, performance reviews, and succession planning to strengthen capability.
• Collaborate with Corporate Training for onboarding and product readiness.
• Partner with Marketing, Service, Clinical, and Finance to drive regional strategy and pricing.
• Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
