Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a Perioperative Sales Specialist to drive new business and conversions in acute care hospitals and ambulatory centers. You will focus on the A-Series anesthesia machines and BeneVision N-Series monitors, collaborating with the Enterprise Sales Team to expand Mindray’s market share.

A successful candidate will have a hunter mindset, strong relationship skills, and the ability to navigate long capital equipment sales cycles within hospital environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proven success in capital or medical equipment sales with quotas.
• Strong cold-calling, pipeline management, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to build trust and navigate complex hospital decision-making.
• High energy, strategic thinking, and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan focused on growth.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across hospitals and surgery centers.
• Lead product demonstrations and evaluations for Mindray anesthesia and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate daily with Enterprise Sales Team and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate installations, in-services, and post-sale satisfaction initiatives.
• Build relationships with clinicians, OR directors, and biomedical engineers.
• Contribute to regional initiatives and KOL development.
• Track KPIs to align with company goals.
• Optionally serve as Field Trainer for new hires.
