Job summary

Mindray North America seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead ultrasound sales strategy across the Midwest, expanding hospital and surgery center partnerships. You will recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team while shaping territory growth with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Engineering, and Clinical teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of healthcare capital equipment sales with at least 5 years in ultrasound, and travel up to 70% in the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Ultrasound Sales Representatives across the Midwest region.
• Drive direct sales growth within hospitals and surgery centers, focusing on Emergency Medicine, Regional Anesthesia, ICU, Labor & Delivery, and Interventional Radiology.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Clinical teams to optimize sales strategies and provide market feedback for new product enhancements.
• Collaborate with other Regional Sales Managers, Corporate Account Managers, and cross-division sales teams to coordinate efforts across call points.
• Support demonstrations, installations, and in-services in collaboration with ultrasound Clinical Technology Specialists.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, demonstration reports, and territory activity updates to leadership.
• Represent Mindray at regional and national ultrasound conferences to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Support occasional distribution sales outside of hospital markets, including physician office segments.
