Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for North America to grow the Rheinhütte Pumpen installed base and recover lost accounts. You will work with end users, distributors, and EPCs to secure projects involving sulfuric acid pumps and corrosive chemical handling systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in industrial sales, strong account management skills, and willingness to travel across North America. A robust rewards package accompanies this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of industrial sales experience.
• Proven experience in pumps, rotating equipment, or process industries.
• Strong understanding of sulfuric acid and corrosive chemical applications.
• Experience managing distributors and direct end-user accounts.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout North America (50–70%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to grow ITT Rheinhütte Pumpen installed base in North America.
• Manage distributors and end-user accounts; build annual revenue plans and pipeline.
• Collaborate with EPCs, engineering firms, and end-users to win major projects.
• Identify replacement and upgrade opportunities; drive aftermarket parts and service revenue.
