Job summary

Eagleview Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Construction & Utilities Sales - West to drive revenue growth across the region. This remote, full-time role offers a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 plus a commission target of $40,000 - $60,000, with preference for candidates in Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue on a monthly basis by state and region, with a focus on year-over-year market share growth.
• Grow subscription revenue through contract agreements.
• Develop and support a regional business plan to drive sales objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with local and regional sales representatives and partner companies.
• Lead contract negotiations to drive revenue growth and maximize commissions.
• Manage regional revenue and expenditure accounting for sustainable growth.
• Conduct training sessions for partner companies' sales teams to develop EV Sales Representatives.
• Facilitate introductions between local contractors and Regional Account Managers for ongoing account management.
• Identify and foster relationships with key local market leaders and major contractor clients.
• Communicate plans and progress with the Regional Account Manager and Construction Sales Manager.
• Collaborate on regional plans, implementations, progress monitoring and staff development.
• Other duties as assigned.
