Job summary

Eagleview is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Construction & Utilities Sales - West. This full-time remote role offers a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 with a commission target of $40,000–$60,000, and preferred proximity to Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston.

You will drive revenue, manage regional plans, and lead negotiations while collaborating with a broad sales team and partner networks to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a related industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and develop regional plans.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue monthly by state and region and grow market share.
• Grow subscription revenue through contract agreements.
• Develop and support a regional business plan to drive sales.
• Lead contract negotiations to maximize terms and commissions.
• Manage regional revenue and expenditures with sustainable growth.
• Train partner sales teams to act as EV sales representatives.
• Foster relationships with local market leaders and contractors.
• Coordinate with regional managers on plans and progress.
