Job summary

Model 1 Commercial Vehicles, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a geographically assigned sales team and drive revenue growth. You will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales and recruit, coach, and coach high-performing outside sales professionals to meet targets.

The role focuses on strategic planning, market analysis, and executive-level relationship management with key customers and partners across the region. Travel will be substantial to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales leadership roles.
• Experience in a large regional/national dealership is a plus.
• Proven ability to forecast and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional sales team across the territory.
