Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to coach branch leadership and sales reps, driving revenue growth within the region. You will lead the design and delivery of sales training, oversee accountability, and manage key accounts and initiatives.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication are essential for success in this role. The position requires travel to various job sites and collaboration across multiple leaders to promote climate control solutions and large project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3–5 years of sales and/or sales leadership experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach branch level leadership and sales reps to drive revenue within the region.
• Design and deliver sales training, meetings, and accountability.
• Manage regional financial performance and develop a regional business plan.
• Meet sales goals, set targets, and help secure large projects and customers.
• Travel to job sites for site inspections and client meetings.
