Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee all sales and distribution in an assigned region, with a focus on Austin and surrounding markets. You will recruit, train, and develop sales staff, optimize territory performance, and build trusted advisor relationships with clients and vendors.

You will lead strategic deal reviews, coach the team, and drive pipeline health while aligning with corporate initiatives. Travel is required as part of this leadership role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing.
• Hands on experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of the sales process—prospecting, internal approvals, pricing/negotiations, and post-sale implementation.
• Achieves monthly sales numbers by leading and coaching a field sales team.
• Conducts quarterly business reviews and drives performance improvements.
• Manages team activity, sets weekly goals, and monitors progress to ensure targets are met.
