is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a sales team in Royal Oak, MI, covering Michigan, Northern Ohio and Northern Indiana. You will drive growth of building materials, including Corian surfaces and cabinetry, by strengthening key accounts with strategic programs. The role requires 7–15 years of sales leadership in building materials, plus 3+ years selling builder materials to commercial clients.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of sales and supervisory experience, preferably in building materials.
• 3+ years of commercial builder materials sales experience and familiarity with the architectural design process.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong relationship, organizational, presentation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the sales team, establishing measurable goals and coaching for results.
• Manage day-to-day territory operations and be the go-to resource for internal stakeholders.
• Travel 5–8 overnights per month to build relationships and drive strategy across Michigan and adjacent markets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, programs, pricing, and key account plans.
• Collaborate with supplier management to coordinate activity and growth.
• Drive CRM meetings, follow-ups, and opportunity development.
