Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting exceptional customer service and visiting clinics 2–3 times per week.
• Observe and provide feedback on consultations; guide leadership to meet KPIs and SOPs.
• Develop people through coaching, mentoring, and building leadership pipelines.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, analyze underperformance, and implement SOPs.
