The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with the customer, help enhance the online experience, turn data into insights and deliver outstanding in-store execution.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional background.
• 3+ years of CPG experience.
• Strong analytical acumen including Excel, PowerBI and AI-based tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience; Kroger experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data-driven storytelling.

• Develop and execute business plans that meet sales, profit, share and efficiency targets.
• Lead activities to meet pen, conversion and sales targets with data-driven insights.
• Develop and execute in-store and online assortment strategies with cross-functional teams.
