Job summary

ADT is seeking an Installation Team Manager to coordinate a district-wide installation and service workforce. You will oversee planning, training, and execution of field tasks to ensure prompt, high-quality work on customer sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5 years in a high-volume installation/service operation.
• Ability to lead and develop a team while balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong business sense and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and manages the activities of the service workforce for a designated district.
• Formulates a sound business plan to provide cost-efficient service for targeted growth.
• Collaborates with General Manager to meet profitability goals.
• Conducts monthly/quarterly meetings.
• Communicates current installation and service policies, procedures and promotions.
• Helps sales by lowering installation costs and suggesting varied applications.
• Acts as primary contact for district installation and service workforce input.
• Ensures consistency of field installation and service activities.
• Establishes and maintains high-quality installation/service for customer retention.
• Develops and maintains an effective installation/service workforce through recruiting, training, and coaching.
• Tracks daily/monthly/quarterly activity and outcomes.
