Air Methods is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to direct, coach, and mentor Account Executives, driving regional growth and achieving KPI targets. The role collaborates with senior leaders to develop and implement annual sales plans and ensure branding standards are met across communities.

The position requires extensive healthcare and aviation industry experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage remote teams while building durable customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and ten years related experience or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Five years sales and/or business development experience.
• Experience in medical transportation services or health care business development/sales preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote sales team.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, mentor and develop the Account Executives.
• Direct sales effort of new business opportunities and cultivate opportunities with existing customers.
• Direct, prepare and ensure annual sales business plan and KPI achievement.
• Succession planning including cross training of Regional Directors.
• Ensure marketing aligns with branding objectives and partners.
• Assist in annual budget planning for sales/marketing and events.
• Coordinate with SVP Sales and Regional VP on updates and market intelligence.
• Maintain key customer relationships and manage contract negotiations.
