Kiongroup is seeking a skilled professional to lead Sales Front Office adoption across Wave1 countries. You will establish a network of Key Users, coordinate onboarding and provide training, while guiding SIT/UAT and CRM updates across the deployment.

The role requires strong sales process expertise, cross-country coordination, and willingness to travel up to 50% during deployment, with a focus on delivering high-quality training and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in sales process management.
• Degree in business, IT or related field desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP CPQ, Salesforce and Jira is a plus.
• Ability to analyse business information and document processes.

Aufgaben

• Establish and coordinate a network of local Sales Front Office Key Users and provide second-level support.
• Coordinate Key User onboarding and regular training for Key Users and end users.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions locally.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support Sales Front Office deployment across Wave 1 countries.
• Manage Sales Front Office incidents and coordinate escalations with IT and other support teams.
• Represent Wave1 in the federated change governance structure and ensure CRM updates.
