KION Group is seeking a Sales Front Office coordinator to drive SAP S/4HANA migration support across Wave 1 countries in Europe. You will manage local Key Users, coordinate testing, training, and deployment while ensuring process improvements.

The role requires strong sales process expertise, cross-country collaboration, and travel >50%. English fluency is essential and knowledge of SAP CPQ, Salesforce, Jira, and MS Office is a plus.

Formación

• Strong experience in sales process management.
• A degree in business administration, economics, IT, engineering or a related field is desirable. Relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• In-depth understanding of the business processes and procedures relevant to Sales Front Office.
• Knowledge of SAP CPQ, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Jira.
• Experience in analysing business information, documenting processes and identifying improvements.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues in cooperation with local Key Users and IT.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and coordinate a network of local Sales Front Office Key Users and provide second-level support.
• Coordinate Key User role confirmation, enrolment, onboarding and regular training for Key Users and end users.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions and deliver the relevant training locally.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support Sales Front Office deployment across the Wave 1 countries.
• Manage Sales Front Office incidents, resolve tickets within your area of responsibility and coordinate escalations with IT and other support teams.
• Identify and coordinate process improvements and change requests across the wave. Represent Wave 1 in the federated change governance structure.
• Act as the Wave 1 point of contact for CRM updates and contribute as a subject matter expert to relevant project teams.
• Ensure the availability of required Sales Front Office reports.
