Job summary

MercyOne in Iowa seeks a Sales Executive: Workplace Health to grow the employer health portfolio across the Quad Cities and Cedar Falls/Waterloo regions. You will travel to client locations and build relationships with employers, brokers, and consultants to drive workplace health solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare or employee benefits sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell MercyOne workplace health solutions to new clients and meet regional sales targets in Iowa.
• Collaborate with MercyOne operations and partners to deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Build client relationships to drive retention and member satisfaction.
• Deliver presentations as directed by the Division Director.
• Support sales process with client relationship managers during the sales cycle.
• Develop sales channels and prospecting; log activity in the sales platform (CRM).
• Review, benchmark and recommend service standards for new customer requests.
• Provide leadership for other sales teams and report activity to regional leadership.
• Contribute to sales and business development strategy with regional leadership.
